Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the moriLingo mobile application (the "Application"), for what purposes it is used, and your rights. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Data Controller and Contact

2. Data We Collect
2.1. Account Information (optional)
The core features of the Application can be used without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple for cloud sync (storing your progress across devices), your name and email address are obtained from the relevant provider and associated with your account.
2.2. Usage and Analytics Data
To improve the Application, we collect usage statistics: which screens are viewed, feature interactions, session information, visit dates/times, IP address, and technical details such as your operating system. This data is processed through PostHog and hosted on European Union (EU) servers. If you are signed in, this data may be associated with your user identifier and email. The Application does not collect precise information about your device's location.
2.3. Crash and Performance Data
To detect and fix errors, crash reports and technical diagnostic information (device model, OS version, error logs) are collected via Firebase Crashlytics.
2.4. Purchase Information
RevenueCat is used to manage premium subscriptions. Your subscription status and an anonymous purchase identifier are processed. Your payment details (card, etc.) are processed directly by the App Store / Google Play; we do not have access to them.
2.5. Advertising Data
In the free version, ads are shown via Google AdMob and Unity Ads. These services may collect advertising identifiers and device information to serve and measure ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
3. How We Use Data

- To detect and fix bugs and improve stability
- To manage subscriptions
- To show ads in the free version
- To send you important notices when necessary
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services for the purposes described above. Each has its own privacy policy:

5. Information Sharing and Legal Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing. We may share your information only in the following cases:
- With the trusted service providers listed above who work on our behalf;
- When required by law (court order, legal process, etc.);
- When we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect our rights, user safety, or to prevent fraud.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of the services we use may have servers outside your country. Analytics data is processed on EU servers; providers such as Google and Apple may process data in various countries, including the United States. By using these services, you consent to such transfer and processing of your data.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. If you delete your account or request deletion, data associated with your account will be deleted within a reasonable time.
8. Opt-Out of Data Collection
You can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it from your device, using the standard uninstall methods of your device or the app marketplace.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. However, please note that no transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from this age group. If we discover that a child has provided us with data, we will delete it. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
11. Your Rights
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address above.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the changes.
